Our solution takes over the entire update process from and to Softone. The item data (code, description, price, etc.) are automatically transferred by Softone, along with any additional information you want (color, size, categories, etc.).
Orders placed through the online store are automatically saved in Softone, after the customer is first created (if it does not exist).
This way you save time and reduce error rates. Just update Softone correctly!

Automatic or manual update
The update from Softone to the online store is done automatically at specific times (usually in the evening), but can be done at any time of the day manually if necessary.
In addition, the update can be done at regular intervals, updating some (price, availability, etc.) or all fields.

High level implementation
Our solution is installed as a plugin in any WooCommerce or Prestashop online store and enables the administrator to configure all the interface elements with Softone himself.
We have included several options for extracting the data, and we also provide you with pre-update checking and testing tools.
