Your website is the image of your business, your 24/7 salesperson. It is absolutely essential that it always works at maximum speed and security, and that you have professionals ready to support you at all times.

A WordPress support package provides you, among other things, priority service, uptime monitoring and upgrades which are essential elements for a professional website. In the case of on-demand (out-of-contract) support, it will take much more time and cost for us to intervene and resolve any issues (if any).

All your requests are sent to [email protected] and are automatically registered in our company's ticketing system. Our technicians check it and get back to you, resolving it or asking for more information. You can track the progress and history of all your requests through Client Area.

Yes, but not on all packages. Phone support is only available on certain packages and calls are answered directly by developers, not a call center. This means immediate understanding of the problem or guidance on any issue. In some packages, the Dedicated Account Manager service is provided, where you have access to our specific Consultant for all issues concerning your website.

Yes, under conditions. Before we undertake any website or e-shop, we do a detailed technical check and record of how the site has been built, in order to identify any points that need improvement-replacement. After the check we give you a cost and time estimate for these changes and then – if we go ahead with the changes – we take over the support on a monthly basis. Otherwise we inform you that we cannot undertake it. 

Not necessarily, but we cannot guarantee the immediacy of service when other providers are involved. The server on which a website is hosted is a very important factor for its good operation and we should have an immediate response and intervention in case something goes wrong. When other providers intervene there is likely to be a delay in resolving an issue. 

Yes, our main work is the design and construction of websites and e-shops. We can take on any of your projects using either a template or a custom design. We specialize in interfacing with external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and can undertake any custom development.
